The Hot Rat Summer Mosaics in Cal Anderson Park are a series of large-scale guerrilla-installed mosaic works that overlook the reflecting pool. Each mosaic is signed not by the artist but with a trans flag for all of us, and they evince the presence of our community; our solidarity, our joy, our grief and our healing. It serves as one of the only trans memorial and monument sites in the United States.

2024St. Rat was installed as part of a guerrilla art exhibition involving over 2 dozen trans artists in 2024. She became more widely recognized outside close community in Spring and Summer 2025 after unknown Redditers spotted her and alerted the city council.
